- Use olive oil in the cooking
Olive oil is the rich source of Vitamin A, E and fatty acids. It also has emollient properties that help to maintain skin flexibility and suppleness. Further, it is rich in antioxidants helps to reduce free radicals and discoloration.
- Eat Avocado, grapefruits, Broccoli
Avocado contains monounsaturated fats, vitamin A, C and E that helps to lock moisture in the winter and maintain our skin healthy. Grapefruit contains lycopene, and it protects from UV rays. Broccoli contains both vitamin B and C. It helps to reduce itchy and dry skin along with maintaining collagen production.
- Mask of turmeric powder and gram flour
Make a paste of half teaspoon turmeric powder and four tablespoons of gram flour with water or milk. Apply this paste on face and neck for at least fifteen to twenty minutes. Then rinse it with plain water. You can apply this paste twice a week. Mix one teaspoon baking powder, one teaspoon olive oil and half teaspoon honey. Apply this to damp face and neck in a circular motion and leave it for ten minutes.
